 I've dedicated 20+ years to LGBTQ+ advocacy, education, and youth protection — from counseling unhoused teens at the Ali Forney Center, working at The Center in NYC, to collaborating with The Gender and Family Project on support for transgender children ages 2 to 18. I've created educational content, spoken publicly about gender fluidity and identity, and stood with parents and young people navigating their truth. Holding space without judgment became the foundation for my work as a counselor, educator, and now, NLP practitioner. Now I combine that lived experience with NLP training to help clients break old loops and build change that actually lasts. My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply affirming — whether you're questioning identity, healing from trauma, or seeking clarity on your next chapter.
